ORDERING

General Information

I make each item on this website whether it is painted, constructed (e.g. easels) or a candy arrangement. I will make every attempt to fill your order quickly and to your specifications but please, when ordering allow enough time.

I reserve the right to make necessary substitutions of equal or greater value if the availability of some items is a problem. Warm weather may prohibit shipping of chocolate and sugar-free candy.

Guarantee

Your satisfaction and my reputation are very important. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the item(s) to me for a prompt, courteous refund or replacement.

Local Delivery

I will deliver items within the Pepperell, Towsend, and Groton, MA area for a minimal $2.00 charge.

Shipping and Handling

Non-Food Items:

Orders up to $10	$4
$10.01 to $20.00	$6
$20.01 to $50.00	$8
Over $50.00	$10

Candy arrangements are each boxed separately and shipped priority mail:

Orders up to $10	$5
$10.01 to $20.00	$8
$20.01 to $30.00	$10
Over $30.00	$12

Please make sure your mailing address is accurate and complete.
I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

Orders will be processed on a first come/first served basis. Approximate shipping date will be determined when your order is received.
Holiday orders must be received 4 weeks prior to the holiday to assure timely delivery.
Merchandise will be shiped via USPS (see shipping charges on order form) except for glass blocks which have an additional shipping fee.

I will contact you via e-mail or phone to confirm your order and to arrange payment. Payment may be made by check or money order and sent to the address above, payable to Suzanne Kellogg. I apologize but I am currently not accepting credit card orders.

I am not able to ship orders until payment is received and checks clear. A $10 returned-check fee applies. Please make sure to include your phone number and/or email address on your order.
